Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use govern your use of Persona (“Persona”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For subscriptions on Apple platforms, Apple’s standard App Store terms also apply where applicable; you can view Apple’s standard EULA here.
1. Eligibility
You are responsible for using the app in compliance with local laws. You are responsible for activity performed on your device. You must have rights to any photos and prompts you upload.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions (for example Persona Pro Weekly and Persona Pro Yearly on iOS). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Pricing and billing periods are displayed in the app before purchase. The total amount billed for each period is shown as the primary price in the purchase flow.
Restore purchases using the Restore control on the in-app paywall when reinstalling or switching devices under the same Apple ID.
3. AI processing and third parties
The app uses third-party infrastructure and AI services (including Google Firebase / Cloud Functions and Replicate, Inc.) to process prompts and images you provide and to generate results. You consent to this processing when you tap Send to AI in the in-app consent dialog, and as further described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload images you are not allowed to share.
4. User content
You retain ownership of photos and prompts you provide. You confirm you have rights to upload and process this content. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual imagery.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
- No attempts to bypass technical or safety restrictions.
- No misuse that can overload or damage the service.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
